Nothing here needs a support ticket. If step two does not work, step two tells you why rather than showing an empty list.
Add to Discord- Invite the bot Pick a server you have Manage Server on. Administrator is the default ask, not a requirement — untick it on Discord’s approval screen and grant only what you want.
- Sign in and sync Discord OAuth, then Sync from Discord. You get the servers you can manage — not every server the bot is in, and not only the ones you own.
- Turn on what you need Modules stay off until you switch them on. The setup wizard covers prefix, logging, automod and welcome in one pass.

Is it actually free?
Self-hosting is free at any size and no feature is held back for a paid tier. The $19 and $49 plans pay for us to run and support it, which plenty of servers never need.
How do I add it to my server?
Hit Add to Discord, pick your server, approve. Discord only lets you add bots where you have Manage Server, so if the one you want is missing from the dropdown, that is almost always why.
Does it really need Administrator?
No. The default invite asks for it because that one setting works for every module without you thinking about it, but you can untick it and grant what you want instead. Note that the moderation commands need Kick Members, Ban Members and Manage Messages, so those go quiet if you skip them.
Why can I only see some of my servers in the dashboard?
Because the dashboard asks Discord which servers you can manage and shows you exactly those — the ones where you hold Manage Server and VYREX is installed. Owning a server is not the requirement, and being an owner does not show you anybody else’s.
The bot is in my server but it is not doing anything.
Check three things in this order. Is it online in the member list? Can it see and send messages in the channel you are typing in? Are you using the right prefix, or better, a slash command? If it works everywhere except one channel, that is a channel permission override, not the bot.
Can I change the prefix?
Yes, per server, under Settings. It ships as

It is processed in memory and never written to disk. The bot announces itself when it joins a call and that notice cannot be suppressed, and anyone who runs
vc optout is excluded before the bot subscribes to their audio at all.What do you do with my data?
Signing in hands us your Discord ID, username and email address, and that is the lot. Your password never touches us — Discord handles that end. The privacy policy spells out the rest.
Can I run my own copy?
Yes, and that is the free tier. Push it to GitHub, import the repo, add your environment variables, deploy. The full walkthrough is in the docs.
